55. To Speak or Can We Speak?

In this episode, we tackle the first amendment and what does it exactly mean to us as citizens? We look at the definition in the constitution and we try to define it for ourselves. We discuss the importance of understanding our rights and why it is important to know the extents of the first amendment and what does it protect. We look at the differences between hate speech and freedom of speech. Finally we look at different scenarios where the first amendment can be questioned.
